Because every Custom Pennant Flag order is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Our production guarantee
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected pennants at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy — it covers our errors, not changes of mind, artwork you approved, or buyer’s remorse.
Why we work this way
The free mockup-and-approval step exists precisely so you can confirm size, felt color, layout, and decoration before anything is cut or printed. Once you approve and we produce your custom pennants, they cannot be resold, so they cannot be returned.
Reporting a problem
If something is wrong, email info@custompennantflag.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order details, and we’ll make it right.
