Shipping Policy
Every Custom Pennant Flag order is custom-made to your approved mockup, so production and shipping begin only after you approve your design. The timelines and costs below are estimates that vary by order; they are not guarantees.
Production time
Standard production typically runs about 2–3 weeks from the date you approve your mockup. Larger runs or complex decoration may take longer; rush production is sometimes available for firm deadlines — ask us before you order.
Shipping time and cost
Shipping costs are quoted per order based on quantity, size, weight, and destination. Estimated transit times depend on the carrier and service selected at the time of your order and can vary. We do not guarantee a specific carrier, delivery date, or transit time.
Tracking
We provide tracking once your order ships. If you have an in-hand date, tell us up front so we can recommend a production and shipping plan that aims to meet it.
Multiple addresses and international
We can split shipments across multiple U.S. addresses with a distribution list. International shipping may be available on request and is quoted case by case.
