Our minimum is 25 pennants per design. Smaller keepsake runs can be quoted case by case, but 25 is where bulk pricing starts.

No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for districts, leagues, and national programs, with pricing that keeps dropping as volume grows.

Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample or proof so you can check felt color, size, and decoration in hand before we run the full order. Sample terms are noted on your quote.

Yes. You can combine items from our lineup — classic, mini, jumbo, swallowtail, die-cut, and pennant strings — and the combined quantity still counts toward volume pricing.

Yes. We keep your artwork, felt colors, and specs on file, so a reorder matches your previous pennants without starting the design over.

Yes. We work with schools, districts, booster clubs, and athletic departments and can accept purchase orders from established institutions. Ask about PO terms on your quote.

No. Mockups are free, with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is locked and production begins.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo, PNG, or a rough sketch, our designers recreate it print-ready at no charge.

Yes. Send us your school or team name, mascot, and colors and our designers will build a clean, production-ready pennant design from scratch.

Yes. We match felt, print, and applique colors to your Pantone references so your pennants look on-brand next to the rest of your merch.

Yes. We can add individual names, numbers, or graduation years — common for teams, bridal parties, and class reunions. Send a spreadsheet of names with your order.

Unlimited, and always free. We revise the mockup as many times as it takes until you are happy to approve it.

Standard production is about 2–3 weeks from your approved mockup. Rush production is available when you are up against a firm date.

Yes. Tell us your in-hand date and we will confirm whether rush is possible and what it costs before you commit.

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, size, and destination, so you see the real number before approving.

Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we can split the run across several addresses — useful for multi-campus districts and leagues.

We make it right. If pennants arrive defective or not matching your approved mockup, we remake the affected pieces. See our Return Policy for how that works.

Pricing is by quote and depends on size, decoration, and quantity. As a rough guide, pennants run about $4–$16 each at our 25-piece minimum; per-product ranges are on each product page.

Because the accurate number depends on your size, decoration method, finishing, and quantity. A quick quote gives you the real price rather than a misleading flat rate.

Yes. If you have a written quote for a comparable custom felt pennant, send it over and we will match or beat it.

Mini (4×9 in), standard (9×27 and 12×30 in), jumbo (18×40 and 24×60 in), swallowtail, custom die-cut shapes, and pennant string banners.

Single-ply wool-blend or acrylic felt, die-cut to shape. Heavier 100% wool felt is available for premium and throwback orders.

Spot-clean with a damp cloth and air dry; keep them out of the washing machine. Stored flat or hung, a felt pennant holds up for years as a keepsake.
