We recommend heavier 100% wool felt at this size so the body hangs flat instead of sagging, and we reinforce the band header so the grommets carry the weight. Oversized sewn-on felt applique letters give a jumbo the dimensional, hand-built look that photographs well and lasts for years; large-format screen printing handles detailed crests and gradients.
