Our standard 9″x27″ size is the one that has hung in locker rooms, dorm rooms, and trophy cases for generations, and the larger 12″x30″ gives logos and longer names room to breathe. This is the default custom felt pennant for schools and teams, and it is the product most of our buyers start with.

What separates a real custom felt pennant from the thin, glued-together souvenir version is construction. We die-cut each pennant from genuine wool-blend or acrylic felt sheets so the edges stay crisp and the body holds its shape on the wall. Lettering and crests can be screen-printed for clean, color-matched graphics, or built up as sewn-on die-cut felt applique with stitched outlines for a layered, tactile look that reads as a premium piece. For names and numbers that need to last decades, embroidery and heat-pressed twill hold their color through years of display.
