How to Order Custom Felt Pennants

Ordering custom felt pennants is straightforward once you know what to gather. Most of the back-and-forth that slows an order down comes from missing artwork or a size and decoration choice that has not been settled. This guide walks the full sequence so your first email gives us everything we need to return a free mockup within 24 to 48 hours.

The minimum order is 25 pennants, production runs 2 to 3 weeks from an approved mockup, and revisions on the mockup are unlimited. You only pay once you approve the design.

Step 1: Gather your artwork

Send the best version of your logo you have. Vector files, such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF, reproduce cleanly at any size and are ideal for both screen printing and felt applique. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest one available; we can rebuild low-resolution art into clean vector during the mockup stage. Include any specific Pantone or hex colors you need matched.

Step 2: Pick a size

Size drives both the look and the price. Mini 4″x9″ pennants suit handouts and giveaways, Standard 9″x27″ (also 12″x30″) is the classic display size, and Jumbo 18″x40″ or 24″x60″ suits banners and championship pieces. Swallowtail, custom die-cut shapes, and pennant strings are available when a standard triangle is not the goal.

Step 3: Choose felt colors

Pick the body color and any contrasting colors for lettering or borders. Single-ply felt is standard, and heavier wool felt is available for premium pieces meant to hang for years. Bringing your exact color codes avoids guesswork in the mockup.

Step 4: Select a decoration method

Decoration affects both appearance and price:

  • Screen printing is the most economical and best for detailed multi-color logos at volume.
  • Sewn-on die-cut felt applique letters give the classic raised, layered look.
  • Embroidery suits names and fine detail.
  • Heat-pressed twill and chenille options are available for specific looks.

Step 5: Set your quantity and deadline

Confirm how many you need, at or above the 25-piece minimum, and your in-hand date. Per-unit pricing falls as quantity rises, so it helps to send a target quantity rather than a vague range. If the date is tight, say so up front; rush production is available.

Step 6: Approve the mockup

We return a free mockup in 24 to 48 hours. Review the colors, lettering, size, and finishing, request any changes, and approve when it looks right. The 2 to 3 week production clock starts at approval, not at the first email.

Choosing for your order

If you are unsure about size or decoration, send the artwork, the use case, and your quantity and we will recommend the combination that fits your budget within the $4 to $16 per-unit range. The mockup is free, so the simplest path is to send what you have and let us propose the rest.
